lets see if i am following this correctly, essentially the end stops switches are reversed Zed max for me 660mm down in my case is now zed Min and Zed max becomes Zed Probe at the top to stop the Overshot and the real Z home is zed Max seems like th…

thanks

Repetier said: YOu can add a sensor at z max and home z max. Then z probe is not a end stop and is only used for probing. No hijack intended, can you elaborate? This is this may come in handy. Thanks Recoush

Good to Know thanks forgot what i did to fix my issue. but i did check mark another default in the configuration settings. now it seems to working like before think i used the heatbed output as the control point pin since no heat bed installed. whe…

decide the best way was to take a guess looks like was the 2nd Corexy selection :>) when i opened the Config H said system 2 choose wisely. thanks :>) No i am making a new config H for the 2nd and 3rd extruder. The extruders are working s…

Will give that a try :>)

Hum after i removed the Hot-end from the wiring the thermistor reads 96.9K meter issue maybe? just have to love random events well better safe then sorry :>)
-
ah OK cant use the mega, missed that :>) thanks for the help, Been searching the internet and their are pcb converters just none in the USA. if any one has one that is plug and play in the USA let me know rather use the full display then buy …

got the radds today so i can swap them to see if the issues is ramps or the mega. not much between the ramps and the mega looks like a resistor and a cap unless the cap is bad maybe the cause.
-
Well that sounds more like the mega AVR and not likely the ramps board. At one time i was trying to get 2 extruders set up but never worked so T2 was likely open back then and now T0 is open. The new thermistor is reading ok at 95K ohm Think i sa…

Now that the new cable is in and my baud rate is @115200 no issues with any errors and the majority of prints other guides and bracket's are smooth less some stringers. Did calibrate the extruder but will start there 1st :>) just so i am consi…

after 130 of 505 layers no errors or invalids and no warts ( bubbles in the print layers) thanks again, much appreciate the help Recoush
-
got it working @115200 now changed in the display and stored and changed in Host to 115200 working now to test and see if i still get invalid reset checksum Thanks
-
thanks
-
modified EEProm? is that the config file in Host wont go active because was not making a valid connection. will try again as maybe it was the order in which i tried to do it :>)
-
OK thanks will check that out :>)
-
Realized it was likely not saving the eeprom in repetier, learning the hard way, you won't forget :>) thanks again for the help everyone!
-
reset not sure why it did that, maybe OK now. doing a test xyz cube :>)

here is my config H thought i only changed to system 2 home order why is it crawling #define DRIVE_SYSTEM 2 #define XAXIS_STEPS_PER_MM 318.4550 #define YAXIS_STEPS_PER_MM 322.3850 #define ZAXIS_STEPS_PER_MM 5993.0830 #define EXTRUDER_FAN_COOL_…

g1 x moved back and g1 Y moved right swapped the motor x for y y for x same thing, except now home y moves it to the right going to try system 2 was system 1 assume i will have to swap x & y home at some point but X still homed correctly und…
-
Humm OK so move manually +X to right, OK +Y toward the back OK left front Y and X are home 0.0 so to move X+ G1 X 50 should go right move Y+ G1 Y 50 and y Should go back assuming everything is correct it works fine except for the mirroring …

believe using system (1)only 1 = z axis + xy H-gantry (x_motor = x+y, y_motor = x-y) and invert z home (travels Up on home) will have to copy the latest COnfig H left side front is 0.0 Z min is top left location hits on the home Zmax way down at…

recently discovered that the cause of the hitting table was the Z min endstop had broken in such away as to not be visible and each time it made the contact it moved up Hence hittng the table :>) it's the little things that get you :>) thank…

excellent that helps a lot :>) thank You

Sorry to butt in but i noticed two things 1 #define MULTI_ZENDSTOP_HOMING 0 is this supposed to be zero #define DRIVE_SYSTEM 0#define XAXIS_STEPS_PER_MM 160#define YAXIS_STEPS_PER_MM 160 2 #define ZAXIS_STEPS_PER_MM 805 //836never seen a 805 // 83…

well uncertain what is happening here the original height 3/16" higher with clearance of paper under the extruders at home and it was banging the heads onto the bed so i removed the 3/16th and still slams the extruders down which has to mean th…

guess i will pull out the adjustment spring about 20mm length to see if the z access drives up again.

loaded this config again no bed has 2 extruders thermister T0 or T1 will read 0n t0 end row left from end but says def if t0 0r t1 on T1? (middle row) t0 or t1 on t2 works ? far right pins ramps 1.4 wish i had found this sooner, they are not seque…
