Loss of extruder sensors when I put the SD card on a DaVinci DUO

Hello,
I have a problem with my DaVinci DUO flashed in Repetier-Firmware-0.92.
Without SD card, the printer works correctly
When I put the card in the reader, the two sensors of the extruder no longer work.
Someone would have an idea about the source of this problem?
