COMPILE ERROR: 'fanKickstart' was not declared in this scope, HAL.cpp:1134

something's up with the declaration of fankickstart. The one I downloaded on 2015-12-5 compiles fine. It must have something to do with all the #ifedf on FEATURE_FAN2_CONTROL and FAN2_PIN, but for the life of me I am not sure which ifdef is the controlling one here, and I'm not sure why the older one compiles and this one doesn't. Still working on it, but does anyone have any ideas?

Looks like you are using due board. That variable is only set if fan is defined, so you need to replace that line with

#if FEATURE_FAN_CONTROL

    if (fanKickstart) fanKickstart--;

#endif

#if FEATURE_FAN2_CONTROL

    if (fan2Kickstart) fan2Kickstart--;

#endif

 

This will be included in next release but we need to test some changes there before releasing it.
