I found it!? In the slicer manager I set the path for Slic3r configuration to: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\RepetierHost And the slic3r program path to: C:\Program Files\Repetier-Host\Slic3r\Slic3r-console.exe Now the preview looks fine. No idea why...
