Starting the positioning from center of bed worked. Thank you
-
I have the same coordinates for bed leveling as I do distortion correction and bed leveling works just fine. I will try starting at center of bed before probing and see if that helps.

I have a bltouch and I have to use 670 instead of 700. I had to mess around with different numbers till I got the ones that worked.

Thank you.ill give it a shot

So I didn’t realize that there were different probe points for distortion correction so I changed those and still have the same issue. I changed move back on home on x and y from 5 to 2 and the error dropped the location from xy coordinates 4.999, …

Thank you, that was it. Just needed to change to option 2.

So zprobe pullup was the problem.

It’s just a mechanical switch. Endstops style. I’m not sure of the exact measurement but it’s no more then a few MM.

I have that set at 5 and it goes up high enough for it to switch. Does it need switch within that distance?

So I checked the firmware settings and zprobe repetitions is set to 1 and I increased retest to 15 from 5 just to make sure and still does the same. Is there any info I can provide that would help with the issue?

Thank you, I will give that a look and get back with th findings.

So I have found the issue with the offset layers on my prints. For some reason the power supply turn on signal keep cutting out. I basically hardwired it “on” and now my prints are working just fine with no offset layers. Any idea on what might c…

Would it be an issue of the motor wires that are causing an issue and those would just need to shielded or would everything need shielding.

Ok. So how would I resolve the cross talk issue? If that is what it is? I have checked all motors and drivers and the heat under control. I have checked all parts for heat and everything registers ok. I have a fan blowing directly on the boards…

I'm sorry, i am just starting my first printer and basically am learning about all this as I go. I should have been more specific. I have a arduino mega 2560 with two adafruit motor shields which provide the 4 stepper motor outputs.
