@Fabrizio Just my .02 as a fellow user, I run a small print farm and use Repetier on RPIs (2/3 mix) with hubs. I noticed the behavior you mentioned in some scenarios and one of the biggest causes for me was dirty power issues. The USB cables sup…

@Repetier Awesome support as always, thank you. I do not use a chamber so I had omitted that, dumb mistake -- I now included chamber: 0 and I get an ok response! The error message is a bit vague but nonetheless this is user error on my behalf, the…

@Pilot_Error Unofficial answer - how are you driving your Ambilight LEDs? If you are using an open source solution like Adalight an option might be to program simple filter to ignore the window / program with the title or PID of Repetier-Host, this…
-
@Martinb01 - We can figure it out with you. When you check your device manager on your computer, what do you see for your printer? Can you show here? Also, when you add the printer in Repetier-Server and run a connection test, what do you see?

Just an FYI - for the Ender 3.x and specifically the Pro and 2.0 series the CH341 chipset is used, all this means is that you need the CH340/CH341 drivers for your computer. You can find them at any safe certified download location, my unofficial s…

For what it is worth, I also run a similar setup and run curaengine, I had to recompile it and make sure to follow the latest instructions: https://community.ultimaker.com/topic/28746-experimental-cura-build-for-raspberry-pi-4-now-available/ By def…

This can be closed for now, we have spoken and Repetier has AMAZING customer support. Thank you for listening and investigating.

Thank you. Just to anyone else reading this - I run a print farm and my issues are not reflective of everyday Repetier-Server usage, the system is VERY stable and a superior option to everything else I have tested. I am not a fanaboy nor do I work …

Happens on both views temp and camera. I deleted and re-added the printer, full cache reload forced, same thing, no errors in debug tools at all. I tested on mobile browsers too and got the same result. Here is my Ender3Max.xml file: https://paste…

Also thank you for the happy birthday. The creality boards all work mostly the same, feel free to use me as a guinea pig for testing anything, I am capable of building Repetier and also flashing it, I do it almost daily.

@Repetier https://github.com/ChadDevOps/Marlin-Ender-3-Max That is for the Ender 3 Max which is the model I have, it's running the creality 4.2.2 with BL Touch (using the built in BL Touch connector not the Z End-Stop)

@Repetier - Awesome, today is my Birthday, so this is a good birthday gift haha. I have an Ender 3 Max with a 4.2.2 board if you need any info or data to help out. The boards have minor improvements between versions AFAIK for example: 4.2.2 and …

@Repetier - I live in Vscode -_- sadly and happily, both at once. I'll take a look and thank you. Just for reference, I love Repetier and you have made my print-farm a dream, or as close to it as one can get (yes, there are still disaster, print…

I am an adequate programmer specifically by trade in nodejs / javascript. Other languages are understandable to me, the firmware config files in Arduino IDE are something I can work with and I understand how to edit pins.h for example, I work with …

Gotcha. Okay so maybe not supported yet. The Ender 3 Max uses the Creality 4.2.2 board. I know Repetier is not Marlin (duh lol) but just to give you an idea, in Marlin I use this: default_envs = STM32F103RET6_creality #warning “Creality 4.2.2 …

Same issue here, also occurs on Android 9 Chrome browser and Android 10 stock chrome. Thanks, excited for the next release.

Just want to jump in - please lets not rush these guys. Repetier is amazing. I know we all want new features, I am dying for the next version but before anything else - THANK YOU Repetier. Seriously.
-
@Repetier - Thank you, this fixed it.
-
Thank you for the awesome support despite this probably not even being a Repetier issue. In my end GCode I had a G91 but I have a G90 after it, not sure why it fails but either way it is a smart idea to have a G90 in my start GCode, I have no Idea…
-
@Repetier - No I have not, at least not intentionally. I am not going to pretend I am not special, hah, I may have done something stupid. But generally I am just using Repetier-Server and stock Repetier-Firmware with changes to make it wo…

>Randomly one or two of the printers will start the printer What I mean here is that all the printers are on the same raspberry pi. The failure is random. Sometimes 1 or 2 of the printers will present these symptoms while all the others are ok…

Fixed the following steps exactly are what work: On the problem server deactivate the license and the reactivate, make sure Repetier-Host Monitor is open and running and configured with that server when you do this (seems to need realtime notificati…

I have tried to fully remove and add the server back to the host monitor but it still insists the one server does not have a valid license even though it does.
-
They have different UUID's, to deactivate and activate while having the host monitor open did not help however the second Pi just started to work today. In the host I can now see the two printers on that Pi ok, but the other one shows license issue…

@Thomllama yeah it's the connectors shorting, you can isolate them to fix it but yep it's a known thing.

However note in the above link there is a line: location /mod/front/ { deny all; } location /modules/front2/ { deny all; } That will need to be modified or else it won't work. …

^That could indeed be the cause. You could just reconfigure Nginx, there is actually an example help page I just found (I was about to write one for you lol): https://www.repetier-server.com/webserver-access-repetier-server/
-
@twobit Yes x2, I had to compile my own Marlin release to fix the issue. The stock firmware was a mess.
-
@Repetier Yeah if there is a better material management planned I think that would be fine, maybe the icon changes to match the material management system or the title bar of the Printer card changes to match the filament color. If there is a filam…

@kingbuzzo Yeah that sounds correct, I have also had to accept the error then go back to printer settings and use the "retest" and it works. It kinda sounds like somehow the port was still being locked up by another process or Octoprint. I am a so…
