Bluetooth serial port

Hi, my 3d printer is bluetooth and I access it via the serial port that windows create when we pair a device.

It works well with Repetier-Host software, I printed several parts. But, if I turn off my printer while I'm still connected, here is the problem. After this, when I click disconnect, the application JAM and I have to kill it manually in the process manager.

There is probably a solution that works. Check out the software 'Realterm', a serial terminal, it handle it very well. I use it very often.

  • I guess if you use the server to connect instead it would also be better. The problem is normally the C# serial class which is a bad implementation and even known to be bad. Similar things can happen with usb serial connection.
