how do i define center?

when printing my part is overhanging from the edge slightly. if looking from the front it hangs off the left side of the bed, and leaving wasted space on the right. I am trying to find out how to get it top shift the part correctly. I have a 200x200 square bed

    Coordinates in reality are defined by firmware not host. You can of course tell host to start bed at x=2 if that is where bed starts. That is what bed left/bod front are for. Just make sure bed lies inside min/max coordinates reachable by printer.
