Second Extruder not Heating on MKS Base V1.5

Hi all, I seem to be having an issue with heating my second extruder which is properly wired, has a working hotend, is using an MKS base V1.5. The first extruder(extruder 0) and bed both heat perfectly, and I get temperature readings on all 3, but when I try to heat the second extruder hotend, there is no voltage output through the board port for the second extruder. Any ideas?

    Maybe you have activated to have a fan, whcih uses the same output by default. Disable the fan support in this case and try again.
