What gcode to have a motor run automatically when an 'end-stop' get triggered ?

Is there any way to make a motor, for example, one axis or the extruder motor starts spinning automatically after a sensor (an optical switch endstop) get triggered?

    No. Normally endstops do the opposite. All you can do is have a move until endstop is hit and move stopps and then run the other move.
