Best place to get latest firmware?

Where's the best place to get the latest firmware? I'm aware of at least two different places where firmware can be downloaded from (Github and the Repetier Firmware Config page).

My question is which should I be using? At one point, I tried using a Configuration.h generated from the Config page and replacing the Git Repo's Configuration.h, and had to add extra parameters that were missing.

    Both are identival, but in github you need to select work092 branch and have more files e.g. with documantationor for other architectures.
