Resume after Pause sends G90 (absolute positioning) causing no extrusion for relative extrusion file

Resume after Pause sends G90 (absolute positioning) command and cause no extrusion if relative extrusion is used in GCODE file. The filament is retracted, often outside of extruder if previous extrusion length is enough.
The G90 command is additionaly executed after custom gcode script for resume event (Run on continue), so no help there.
Is it possible remove the additional hardcoded G90 command and put it to the editable "Run on continue" script or allow/disable it by checkbox in configuration?
