repetier host temperature control

I am trying to figure out why repetier host insists on resetting my temperature controls. I do my setup in manual mode , when I start my print repetier host resets my temperature values to some random value which I need to set back to my original values in order to get a good print.

    Slicers write temperature in gcode and running them sets temperature you defined during slicing by the filament selection.
