Repetier-host 2.2.0 install: doesn't work offline

Hi,
I'm on Windows.
Even if the "server" option is unchecked the installer WANT to download RepetierServerLatest.exe. If the PC is offline it reports
"Error sending data: (12029)..." or with error code 12007.
Il the RepetierServerLatest.exe is present it's ignored.

    Strange. Could reproduce it and changed the test also with no real difference. New version seems to download only when it is selected. Or I have a cache now. So please redownload the installer and try again. Have replaced it with the new one that also worked for me without internet.
