Filament End sensor

Salve, ho una stampante 3D con firmware Marlin che ha già un sensore di fine filamento ma non funziona se la stampa viene lanciata da Repetier Server. È possibile assicurarsi che funzioni anche su server Repetier? Oppure è possibile aggiungere un secondo sensore da collegare direttamente al raspberry con server repetier?

    Some printers with marlin will not do anything when sensor triggers unless they print from sd card, so these sensors are in that case useless. My sidewinder is one of them. So I unplugged the sensor from the printer and connected it to my raspberry. Since 1.0.4 we can query gpio pins and run actions when signals change. See

    for a tutorial on how to do. You see also the input example is for filament change detection. Of course you can also just add a second switch for server instead of reusing it.
