Poor Visual Quality after Slicing

Installed on win7. New, old computer I just got for one of my machines. Model looks clean until I slice it then very grainy and almost indistinguishable until zoomed way in. Wondering if its the integrated graphics card or? I have been using RH for many years and never experienced this before.

    When framerate goes down it can reduce quality to simple lines. Check on log when you start host. It will show if card support OpenGL 1.5 or higher. If not viewing is extremely slow and when it uses microsoft generic driver it even might crash host. Or oyu have explicitly reduced viewing quality in 3d viewing preferences.
