Question, using script buttons

Host was working before, but had issue with my hard drive, had to reinstall everything, now as long as I use manual control buttons every thing works, as in the position indicators at the top show xy &z position and I can manually move back toward home, but when I use the script buttons programed with line 1-g28, line 2-g0 f8000 x-77.94 y-45 z0, the printer moves to the correct position but the Z position indicator at the shows the printer homed while it is still at the bottom and you cannot move the carriages up by manual control but you can hit the home button and it goes up then you can do it all over again, and suggestions would be appreciated,

    A confusing description. Have you set homing position correct in the host or does firmware home where it should (not sure what your homing z is from description),

    sorry it was confusing,I guess when you use the script buttons it disable the manual controls, because I just tried a dry run and it looks to be working properly
