Marlin 2.x G61 parameters are filtered while sending "G61 XYZ" manually or by file.
02:26:59.412 : N186 G61 X0*89
02:26:59.412 : Restoring position S0 X50.00 Y50.00 Z61.00

"G61 X Y Z"
02:38:26.209 : N188 G61 X0 Z0*29
02:38:26.209 : Restoring position S0 X50.00 Y50.00 Z60.00

    I think I fixed that bug for next release. Until then use correct Gcode syntax:
    G61 X0 Y0 Z0

    that should already work.
