Temperatur extruder 2 steht fest auf 100° / Temperatur extruder 2 frozen

Bei repetier V 2.1.6 ist die Temperatur  vom extruder 2 fest auf 100° eingefroren 
Mit repetier V 090C klappt alles prima

Was kann das sein?

  • Was heist eingefroren? Egal was du setzt es kommt immer 100 aus also 
    M104 S100 T1
    oder was schickt er? Kannst du im log sehen.

    Beim Istwert wird immer 100° angezeigt.
    Heizen läßt sich einschalten und er wird auch heiß, es gibt aber keine Veränderung.

    Und das nur beim Extruder2. Beim 1er klappt alles.

    Mit der "alten" Software klappt es ebenfalls reibungslos. Ich wollte jedoch auf die aktuelle umsteigen.

    Log muss ich heute abend mal schauen.

  • Ok, bitte log mit temperaturausgabe und befehlen. Auch mal Temperatur mit M104 T1 S200 setzen damit man im log sieht was Firmware daraus macht.

    Wie man sieht gibt Marlin hier nur für einen Extruder eine Temperatur zurück. Sicher das Marlin 2 Extruder einkompiliert hat? Wenn dann als mixed extuder oder ähnlichem so das es nur ein Heizelement gibt - dann einfach Ausgabe der 2. Temperatur ignorieren - es kann ohnehin nur für Extruder 1 eine gesetzt werden.

    Ich habe jetzt nochmal im Manuellen die Extruder auf zwei unterschiedliche Temperaturen eingestellt. Bei der uralten Version klappt das prima (siehe Log)

    Und das ganze nochmal Manuell auch mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen in der aktuellen V 2.1.6 und da ist merkwürdig, dass diese den zweiten Extruder zwar im Menü anzeigt und ich diesen auch einschalten kann; das Log aber nur den einen anzeigt.

    Hier ist merkwürdig das kein ECHO extruder 1 kommt obwohl ich immer mal wieder in der Manuellen Anzeige auf den einen wir auf den anderen Extruder "geklickt" habe. Bei der alten hat das funktioniert.

    Gibts eine Möglichkeit doch den Istwert zu sehen? Warum kann das die alte? Habe halt Sorge, dass der zweite Extruder NICHT regelt und durchbrennt.

  • Wenn Anzahl auf 2 steht kann man in Manueller Kontrolle Umschalten.

    Das Problem ist das die Firmware nur das als Temperatur liefert:

    da ist nur die Temperatur für den Aktiven Extruder enthalten und genau so wird es behandelt im Host. Der inaktive wird nicht aktualisiert.

    ABER

    Ich habe ja den zweiten und nur diesen im manuellen Menü ausgewählt. Und er heizt jedoch wird dieser nicht aktualisiert  obwohl die Daten ja geliefert werden. Das Programm sollte diese Daten interpretieren und beim zweiten extruder den istwert darstellen. (Die uraltversion) kann das. Also merken welcher  als letztes aktiviert wird und dazu die Daten anzeigen.
    Könnt ihr das wieder reinprogrammieren?
