Problems with X axis while homing

I am having a problem when homing the printer. Each time I home the axes, the printer does it well mechanically but on my repetier window it reads that my extruder is located at position 1220 in the x direction. I apply my x max as 100 mm but it still reads 1220. Any ideas? I've gone through my printer settings a couple of times.

    Depends on repetier software you are using but both host and server have a homing position setting where you told what x home position is and that seems to be set wrong.
