Plated objects are appearing in totally random locations once sliced into Gcode, scattered on bed

Totally bizarre issue; only just started happening after loading up Rephost after a few months not printing. Doesn't matter what profile or settings are used. This is embedded Slic3r, and just all of a sudden whatever I do... the objects are strewn across the bed.

    In log I see many unknown option ... lines. So have a closer look to the slicer config in manager. I think the used version and version host thinks it is using differ. So what you see is slic3r autoplacement while host thinks it told slic3r to not rearrange objects.
