Virtual extruders bug

When I configure repetier to use extruders 6-16 in a single print, the g-code generated by curaengine uses extruders 0-10 and not 6-16

I load 21 different STL files and drag them all to the same object. I then select extruders for each object, in the range 6-16

Generated g-code contains commands T0 -> T10

Not sure with slic3r, don't understand that code. CuraEngine assigns extruders in the order of stl files send. I tried to skip unused filaments with - filename and inserting an empty model, but something seems to go wrong there. Maybe empty models get optimized away. Have to dive into the curaengine code to see why this happens.
