Help: Z axis of my delta printer cant stop moving down

I have tested everything and it homes perfectly. I have tested everything and it homes perfectly. However, whenever I press Z- or send g code commands like G1 Z10 F1000, it won't stop coming down. It just keep moving downward until I hit Emergency stop button and i press z+ button then it moves perfect. How do I solve this? I use arduino mega and ramp 1.4
Every help has a great meaning to me!
