Printer stops communicating when printing is started

Hello,
I have a two up as my 3d printer. I´m trying to get it working on my computer since I´ve recently changed it. After setting up the configuration for the printer, making shure baud rate is ok and all of that, I tryed using manual controls in order to check the communication between the pc and the printer itself. Worked fine. I would heat up the extruder perfectly and the header with no problem.

After all of that was done, I wanted to print something. Slice the 3D model, click print and... nothing. The printer was supposed to heat up the extruder, but it´s temperature just decreased. After some minutes I stopped the print and try to move the printer with manual controls myself. Wasn´t working. I disconnected and reconnected and they came back, but every time I happened to click "print" stopped.

I have no idea how to fix this issue so I came here for help,

  • First step is to enable logging and see what is happening at the point it stops working. Enable it in Preferences->Basic Settings and restart to activate. Then it is stored in working directory (see file menu).

    I´ve done it and attached it to this post (repetier.log). I´ve connected the printer, then added and sliced a model and then clicking print. I forgot to add in the initial post that after clicking print the printer actually moved up (what it ussually does before heating up the extruder) and then it stopped working.

    It did not stop working - it started heating the bed to 50°C and will only continue when finished. Then it will heatup the extruder if it is still not at target temperature. Depending on printer type this takes 3-15 minutes for most printers.

    Only if your printer never reaches 50°C it will wait for ever or generate an error failing.
