Can not correct bed temp setting

Trying to print but printer wont allow me to print object with extruder and bed to set temp. Printer trying to bring the bed temp to 115c before printing. I know 60c is ok desire print PLA filament but as I try to change using setting using laptop & touch screen it will not decrease at all. The bed can't even get to 115c so at the moment I can't print anything yet.

    If you use M190 to set bed temperature the firmware does not accept new commands. Only when the temperature is reached it will process new commands. That is normal. If you want other bed temperature set it in filament definition of your slicer, reslice and print. Or directly edit the temperature in gcode and print. After start they always wait for target temperture of extruder and bed and only then you could change it again.
