Druckjob stoppt, Druckauftrag erscheint in der Warteschlange

Schönen guten Tag,

seit einigen Wochen tritt immer mal wieder ein Problem bei einem unserer Drucker auf.
Der Druck startet, läuft mal 2, mal 15 Stunden und plötzlich steht der Drucker. In Repetier-Server 0.86.2 sehe ich nun den Druckjob in der Warteschlange. Der letzte Eintrag in der Log-Datei ist ein simpler G1-Befehl, an dieser Stelle steht der Drucker nun auch.

Andere Baugleiche Drucker (Hard- und Software-Technisch) beenden ihre Druckjobs ganz normal.

  • Läuft der zufällig an einem Raspberry Pi? Dort ist es ein bekanntes Problem das Linux bei Unterspannung schon mal die USB Verbindung beendet was dann zum Druckstop führt. Sieht man auch in /var/log/syslog anhand der Linux Meldungen dort. Abhilfe schafft hier nur eine stabilere Spannungsversorgung.
  • Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Konnte gestern leider nicht mehr antworten, habe aber die Stromversorgung geändert. Ich melde mich, sobald der Drucker zwei drei längere Druckjobs erledigt hat. In /var/log/syslog konnte ich leider noch nicht reingucken, da ich keine Ahnung von Linux habe und unser Linux-Mann aktuell keine Zeit hat. Ich hoffe er findest aber in den nächsten Tagen die Zeit dazu.
  • Der erste Druck (28h) lief wunderbar, der zweite (24h) brach nach ca 12h ab.
    Ist die Möglichkeite der beendeten USB-Verbindung die einzige Möglichkeit? Oder könnte es noch irgendwas anderes sein? Bzw gibt es eine Möglicheit der Prüfung, außer in /var/log/syslog nachzuschauen?
  • Syslog ist zumindest die einzige möglichkeit diesen Fehler zweifelsfrei nachzuweisen. In der Druckhstorie sehen sie genau wann der Druck beendet wurde. Es ist damit leicht genau die Stelle in syslog zu finden. 

    Sie können noch in /var/lib/Repetier-Server/logs/server.log nachsehen ob da der Drucker getrennt wurde. Dort ist allerdings keine Begründung zu sehen.

    Ich hab das gleiche Problem das der angefangene Druck plötzlich stoppt und in der Warteschlange angezeigt wird. Es wird keine Unterversorgung der Spannung angezeigt, sollte also ok sein. Hab allerdings auch den Raspberry noch nicht so lange und seit kurzem eine Kamera daran angeschlossen, weiß nicht ob es damit zusammenhängt.
  • Aktiviere logging und sieh dir das ende des logs an nach dem Abbruch. Ein üblicher Grund ist das die Firmware das verlangt hat, z.b. weil Temperaturen sich nicht wie erwartet verhalten haben.
  • Logging war aktiv für Kommunikation beim Drucken.
    Hatte heute morgen gestartet und nach der Arbeit die gleiche Datei. Ist was länger gelaufen ,aber auch hier wieder stehen geblieben.
    Sehe da nix raus, weder bei Server log noch beim SYS log.
    Soll ich diese hier posten, ist ja was länger?
  • Nein das sind die falschen Dateien. Die log Datei die wie der Druckjob heist ist die richtige und auch nur das ende ist interessant. Du must das aber weiter oben erst aktivieren, sonst erstellt er die nicht (ist normalerweise besser weil weniger last, schreiben) aber hilft halt bei der Fehleranalyse.

    server.log könnte interessant sein wenn da steht das die Verbindung vom Betriebssystem geschlossen wurde und der Drucker sich neu verbunden hat. 

    Ein weiterer Grund wäre wenn die Firmware neu startet, z.b.wegen Brown out/reset/.. würde auch den Druck stoppen. Wird aber auch im log vermerkt. Steht dann aber eher in connected.log am anfang.
  • Hab heute nochmal einen Druck gestartet und der ist auch mittendrin stehen geblieben.

    Signal 15 ist SIGTERM also hat jemand/linux dem Server gesagt er soll sich beenden. Das stoppt logischerweise den Druck.

    Ich würde mal in /var/log/syslog beim gleichen Zeitstempel nachsehen ob da was steht bzw eine Begründung. Die Datei wird jeden Tag neu erstellt kann also in .1 oder .2.gz (komprimiert) sein je nachdem wann du nachsiehst.

    Ein Grund ist wenn Speicher knapp wird dann fängt Linux an apps zu beenden damit der Rest weiter läuft. Wenn du während des Drucks per ssh auf den pi einloggst und
    top
    eingibst siehst du unter mem wer wie viel speicher belegt und ob noch was frei ist. Eigentlich braucht der server nicht viel sollte also nicht der Grund sein, außer du hast am default vielleicht was rumgebastelt mit eigenen Erweiterungen ... dann kann speicherbedarf schon mal steigen. Aber dazu muss irgendwas schief gehen und nicht beendet werden.

    Aber erst mal sehen was in syslog noch steht.

     /var/log/syslog
    um auf die syslog zu zugreifen?
    Ist das nicht die gleiche syslog die ich einfach herunterladen kann?
  • Ja ist das gleiche syslog was du runterladen kannst aber da bekommst du nur den aktuellen Tag weil die ja täglich neu angelegt wird.

     /var/log/syslog ist der Dateipfad auf dem Pi wo die Datei steht also im Verzeichnis /var/log wo auch die älteren Versionen stehen.
  • Also die Datei hatte ich schon heruntergeladen und nun hoffentlich den passenden Teil hier gepostet.
    Die ist ja komplett viel zu lang um alles hier zu posten,weiß aber auch nicht wie ich etwas als Datei anhägen kann.

    Ok user Pi hat sich offenbar eingeloggt.  Kann aber auch ein service der unter user pi läuft sein.

    Also Problem des beendens war das der PI rebootet wurde. Kann aber nicht sagen warum. Aber das 2 Sekunden vorher User PI eingeloggt wurde ist denke ich kein Zufall.
  • Hast du was mit GNU GPG gemacht?
    Ne weiß gar nicht was das ist.
    Ich habe nur ein Touchdisplay, den Filamentsensor und eine Raspicam installiert.

    Habe eine neue Image auf eine andere SD Karte geschrieben und damit eine Weile problemlos gedruckt.
    Leider hatte ich das heute wieder, das der Druckauftrag stoppt und in der Warteschlange auftaucht.
    Hab darafhin die Raspicam deaktiviert und abgeklemmt, hatt aber nix gebracht,da es nochmal aufgetretten ist.
    Das ganze ist sehr seltsam, ich habe 2 Drucker mit jeweils einen Raspi dran.
    Der eine läuft ohne Probleme und dieser macht immer wieder mal diese Mucken.
    Wer soll sich denn da einloggen können und das System runterfahren?


  • Ok der Gnu Kram kann auch von Linux Grundsystem kommen weil der einfach gestartet wird.

    Wird bei dem neuen Image der pi auch einfach neu rebootet? Es gibt ja viele Fehlerquellen für Druckunterbrechung.

    Was zeigt eigentlich das Blitzsymbol nach einiger Zeit an? Bleibt es Weiß/Schwarz oder deutet es Unterspannung an?
  • Also es ist kein Blitzsymbol im Diplay zu sehen, das Netzteil hat auch genug Ampere und das gleiche ist auch im anderen Drucker verbaut, der macht keine Probleme.
    Ja es wird einfach neu rebootet,seltsamerweise fehlt dann auch die Log Datei vom Druckteil bzw. er hat diese gar nicht gespeichert.

  • Das Blitzsymbol ist immer zu sehen bei der aktuellen Version (spätestens nach einer Minute). Die Frage ist nur ob linux Unterspannung bemerkt hat oder nicht. Die Amperezahl des Netzteils sagt leider nichts darüber aus ob dies passiert. Das Problem ist das manche Netzteile bei schwankendem Verbrauch nicht schnell genug die Spannung anpassen - insbesondere USB Ladegeräte weil das Problem beim laden nicht existiert.

    Das ist SIGTERM und kommt vermutlich vom reboot das ja alle Prozesse damit beendet.

    Hast du zufällig ein reboot nach druckende einprogrammiert. Sieh mal in allen Druckerkonfiguration unter GCodes->Ereignisabhängig nach ob da nicht ein @execute reboot o.ä. drin steht. Ansonsten noch mal syslog zu dem Zeitpunkt ansehen ob da ein wiederholtes muster ist beim reboot.

    Du kannst auch versuchen mal /var/lib/Repetier-Server/database/extcommands.xml umzubenennen und dann server neu starten. Dann kann der server selber kein Reboot mehr ausführen selbst wenn es irgend wo konfiguriert ist. Problem ist nur das du auch nicht mehr sauber runterfahren kannst. Dazu must du dann per ssh einloggen und
    sudo shutdown -h now
    eingeben. Aber wenn es danach weg ist hast du das Irgendwo eingestellt das er bei einem Ereignis rebootet.

    Wenn es aber immer noch passiert dann weiß ich nicht wer es macht.
  • Also ich hab mal ein anderes Netzteil ausprobiert, auch hier wird keine Unterspannung angezeigt, aber auch hier das gleiche Problem.
    Ich hab kein @execute irgendwo in der Druckerkonfiguration rein geschrieben und es steht auch keins drin.
    Ich hab mir eine 32GB Speicherkarte gekauft, weil der andere Drucker eine 32GB Karte hat und dieser mit 64GB ausgestattet ist, komme aber momentan nicht dazu es auszuprobieren. Ich hab da noch ne andere Idee, ich hab ja 2 Drucker da mit jeweils einem Raspberry Pi 4b. Spricht da was gegen wenn ich nur die Raspberry untereinander tausche? Frage nur,da ich nicht weiß ob auch was auf dem Raspberry selbst gespeichert wird, oder ist wirklich immer alles auf den SD Karten abgespeichert? So kann ich ausschließen das es vielleicht vom Raspberry selbst kommt, eventuell ist da der USB Chip oder etwas anderes defekt.
  • Grundsätzlich kannst du die PIs tauschen. Er wird dann die Lizensierung neu aushandeln, sollte aber kein Problem sein waren ja beide vorher auch aktiv.

    Solange die Blitze weiß sind ist alles ok mit dem Strom - wir fragen ja linux ob es zufrieden war. Und wenn linux nichts gesehen hat, hat er auch nichts gemacht:-)

    Aber wie gesagt extcommands.xml mal umbenennen und neu starten ist ein guter test denke ich.
