Donated but didn't get credit for it

I went to download the Repetier software and I donated 10 Euros but it did not acknowledge this donation.  WTF?

    If you are talking about the QR customizer you should get - we handle this manually. So if you do not get it within one day send to your paypal email address (which is the only one we know) please report to our support with paypal transaction number.
