Extruder posts as A and not E

When I slice with slic3r in Repetier it posts the extruder as A and not E . So the printer will run without extruding. Im sure i have a setting wrong somewhere.

    Wrong firmware selection in slic3r. You have mach3 selected, which uses A not E.
