More increments for manual movement controls

Especially the manual movement control for the Z-axis only allows for movements of up to 10 mm. I'd like to have 100 mm or so as well, similar to the controls for the X-axis and Y-axis.

Repetier

100mm is a bit much for most printers. But in install direction is a file custom.ini where you can set the increments used. I think it is possible to change them without requiring a new signature key.
