Prusa i3 - MKS Gen-2Z V1.2

I have a remake of the Prusa i3 printer with the "MKS Gen-2Z V1.2" Mainboard.
I have no idea what firmware runs on it currently.
I would like to know my options for the firmware:
1. What firmwares are available for this board? (I read of Marlin, RepRap, What is the best option?)
2. How can i update the firmware?
3. Where can i get the firmware and the update tools?
