Dot is 0,0 and positive values go to right and top, that is ok. Assuming your printer also uses positive coordinates having origin in back/right means printer has rotated the coordinate system 180°. That is more a wrong configuration or printer that just also works. You can simply rotate the printer view 180° in host to match it but it will always start with the orientation all printers use (except yours:-) If you made your config yourself invert x and y direction and make min endstops to max endstops and your printer works like all other printers.
