Da Vinci 1.0 AiO nozzle hitting bed
I am new to the freedom of my printer, so this might be a dumb question. I searched with this forum but did not find the answer(s) I was looking for.
As I am going to print, the nozzle comes out of the "home" corner x:-14.6mm, y:-12.6mm, z:0, the nozzle hits the metal corner. The glass bed hold down. If you are familiar with 1.0 AiO it is metal contact point 1 when you level. The metal corner hold is 1mm above the glass bed, the screw is about 3.4mm above the glass bed.
What I want to know is, is this normal? I wouldn't think so. Should I reset the home to be 14.6mm or greater, toward the front of the bed. Will this have any ramifications when it goes to print? Is there a better way to do it?
Thank you.

Repetier - host V2.0.5
Slic3r software
Da Vinvi 1.0 AiO flashed with Arduino 1.8.0, to Repetier firmware 0.92
bed has been zero-ed, and prints after it hits the corner.
G1 Z5 ;raise Z
G1 X0 Y0 ;move nozzle to front-left of bed
