Ultratronic pro v1 autoleveling

I can't seem to get the autoleveling feature to work on my ultratronics. The frimware I am using is repetier. The problem is that my printer will home, but when my z axis is homing, the x and y are already homed, so my inductive sensor won't be above the bed when homing. I have tried to configure autoleveling and it should work, but when I choose "autolevel bed'' in the menu, a screen with "make sure your bed is unobstructed and press OK" will appear, but when I press OK nothing will happen.

    Select a homing order with preheat temperature (set to 0). These allow also setting a homing position for z so it is where you want it.
