CoreXY ramps vs MKS gen_l

Hi guys, I have serial problem. With ramps 1.4 on my Hypercube Evolution I try to move with X or Y axe and it works properly - move only in selected axe. 
I switched now to MKS gen_L and if I choose movement in X axe it moves on Y and X. (same if I try to move in Y - it moves in both axes).
Where is the problem?

    Ok, problem found, one driver was faulty and sometime does not move with axe.
