Help loading firmware

Hi, I've built a Geeetech version of the delta min iG2S pro But I cannot get the firmware to load so I cannor calibrate the machine or do anything with it. I've spent 3 months trolling the internet and trying all the "advice" there but to no avail. Is there anywhere like a shop or printer outlet that I can take the machine to and get some hands on advice.
I live in East Sussex but I can take it or post it to anywhere within reason.
