Thermocouple AD597 (595) decreases to zero all the time

Hi,
I am using a Megatronics v2.0 with a ExtThermoCouple 1.0. in a big  delta printer.
I have to use this thermocouple extension board and connected it to the serial port/ aux1
Every time i connect the printer to repetier Host it starts with the correct reading of the temperature, but this reading doesn't change. When i give the M203 S0 G-code the temperature reading falls to zero. The extruder is heating up and when i check the output from the thermocouple and the extender, the outputs are correct, so the Megatronics gets the right input, but Repetier Host or Megatronics mobo doesn't interpret this info.
