Second fan support in GLCD menu

Hey Repetier!

I dug deep into custom menus, trying to enable a menu for the optional second fan (FEATURE_FAN2_CONTROL = TRUE) similar to the first main fan (FEATURE_FAN_CONTROL). I have to say... I gave up when finding no option in ui.cpp (lines 3276 ff) to change the command setFanSpeed to the second optional fan.

Any tip how to enable a second fan control in the LCD menu? Maybe this is more of a feature request even? Would be very handy, as I use the second fan as a cabinet fan and sometimes... you just want to switch that darn thing OFF. ;)
