PC and Printer not talking!

I've got the CoLiDo Compact 3D Printer and I'm using Print-Rite CoLiDo Repetier-Host v1.5.5 software.

I had an issue connecting them yesterday, but after playing with the settings I got them talking and print a few things off.  When I finished printing last night I turned off the printer, shut down Print-Rite CoLiDo Repetier-Host v1.5.5 software, but left my PC on.

I left all the settings as they were.

I've turned on the printer this morning and opened the software, and there not talking anymore.  I've tried playing with the settings again, but it doesn't want to know, nothing I've tried will get them talking.

What can I do to stop this from happening?  Is going to happen every time I want to print something out?

    Try disconnecting usb and unpowering printer when it happens, Sometimes the usb stack has a hang somewhere and that reinitalizes it. Just a idea, could also be something else.
