Repetier-Firmware Configuration Tool 0.92.9 LCD option Help

I'm new to this.  I overwrote my firmware and killed my printer with firmware that was suppose to be for the printer, but added auto leveling which didn't come set up with the purchase.  I'm using the Repetier-Firmware Configuration Tool 0.92.9.  I got 99% of it figured out but don't know which LCD option to choose.   If I have to manually configure it, I really don't know which settings to use.  

 I have an HE3D Ei3 printer, it came with this LCD image

The SD card was no good and I can't retrieve the firmware off of it, if it was ever there.
