Cant reach set temperature

Cant get my hot end over 125 degrees , set at 200. E3d V5 , firmware reads room temp accurately and also uses 100% power but stabilizes at the low temperature and wont get any hotter. Just wondering if I might have something set incorrectly

    You mean with 100% power it does not get over 125? Maybe runnung 24V heater on 12V system? Or wrong thermistor table. Nearly all have 100kohm at 25deg, so room temperatue ok says not very much.
