Z-probe failed. DaVinci 2.0

Hello,

i got some issue with the autoleveling from the heatbed with my davinci 2.0.
today i printed some things and then i wanted to recalibrate the heatbed with the autoleveling.
but i always get this message:

the sensor for the bedleveling touch the bed.
i also tried to set the bed a bit higher or lower, but still the same message.

if it is possilbe, pls answer me in german.

  • Es gibt mehrere Gründe. Es kann sein das die Probe nicht aktiviert werden kann weil man am rand steht und der Extruder sich bewegen muss um die Probe zu aktivieren, aber gar kein Platz da ist. Mal
    G1 X50 Y50
    und dann messen.

    Auch schlägt es fehl, wenn die Probe bereits aktiviert ist bevor er nach unten fährt oder wenn sie nach dem Hochfahren immer noch aktiv ist. Mit M119 kannst du das kontrollieren. L = nicht aktiv, H = aktiv.

    thanks for answer in german. i still write in english, cause i think this is easier for you.

    with m119 it says L when the extruder is in home position. during the autoleveling i can't use the command.

    i tried it with g1 x50 y50, but the extruder goes to home position when i start the autoleveling, heat and then he tries to measure.
    so, it still failed.

    this morning i tried to the autoleveling and at the first time he did it. at the second try it failed again.

    Sometimes i can autoleveling, but at the last point, the 3., it show's me the measure and after one second that it failed to touch z.
    all points are at 5mm +0,1. but i cant save it to eeprom cause the last "failtouch".

    also i noticed that sometimes during the autoleveling the printer push hard the bed against the sensor. then i get the wrong measure of 4,6mm.

    Was für ein Sensor ist das? Wenn er immer homed for dem autoelevling hast du vermitlich z max homing. Erhöhe mal z probe bed distance etwas. Irgendwie scheintst du das Bett schon vorher zu berühren was zum abbruch beim 3. Punkt führt, da hilft normal den Abstand zu erhöhen.

    dies sind die einstellungen aus meinem eeprom.
    falls es diese einstellung ist "16:58:34.132 : EPR:3 929 6.000 Max. z-probe - bed dist. [mm]" habe ich sie schon um 2 mm erhöht, leider ohne erfolg. der sensor (taster) ist der selbe wie bei dem davinci 1.0: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/jjw9GcyP-JY/maxresdefault.jpg

    und aktueller stand ist der: wieder beim anfahren des ersten punktes kommt "z-probe failed" obwohl der deutlich den punkt berührt.

    Du must außerdem aufpassen von wo du startest. Wenn du die Probe nicht aktivieren kannst ohne anzuschlagen verweigert er schon am start. Am besten G1 X50 Y50 vorher um sicher zu sein das Platz zum wechsel ist. Und natürlich muss der erste Punkt erreichbar sein ohne anzuschlagen. Durch das aktivieren der Probe verschiebt sich ja der extruder und das passiert schon bei ganz anderen Koordinaten.
