heater bed not working at all after installing the firmware

after upgrading to Repetier Firmware from Marlin my heated bed will not turn on im not sure what pi i need to use

I have a Hictop 3DP17_398 3D Printer and im not really good with this programming thing i am still learning all about this so be kind to me

It is heater pin for bed. Normally HEATER_1_PIN is the one for heated bed.
