Ramps 1.4 strange temperature behavior

Hi, I'm working on a mod of Buccanneer where I replaced all the electronic with an "easy to use " arduino + ramps.
Affter much trials and errors, everything works fine but a very annoying thing :

when I try to heat up the extrudeur (there's no bed) while in repetier host, everything's just fine and my extruder reach 200 or 210 easilly..
But when I slice ant print the temperature goes up fast at the beginning then it reaches a plateau level, somewhere around 10 degrees less than the expected temperature...

I think it should be something so simple I couldn't find my own arse with both end...
Please, any idea would be welcomed.

    check the temperature setting in the slicer

    Checked, but normal settings, 205 for first layer, 195 for the rest, usually it's ok with my other printer.
