SD Card Error? - Da Vinci 1.0

Hi all,

So the story goes that today I had just finished a print when my Da Vinci 1.0 flashed with 0.92 decided to bottom out on the z axis. I quickly turned it off to stop this, however now it doesn't seem to work. Keeps coming up with SD Card Inserted, also no lights and won't begin a print. Still heats up, can be controlled manually and be homed using rep host.

The rep host logs constantly flicker between SD card inserted and SD init fail.

    Just as an update, rep host now crashes just after connecting, plus printer restarts itself every now and again.

    Sounds like sd detect pin senses a sd card and then fails to mount it.
    Try with removed sd card. Maybe something on sd caused a defect causing the mount to fail.
