Shouldn't the standard configuration.h be loaded when you start without any such?
That way it would be far easier to move from ex Marlin to Repetier.

And where to find a configuration.h for Vertex/K8400?

    That is something we want in future. But it requires printer vendors offering such files, which will become the main problem I guess. Especially with printers using Marlin originally as they do not have these files like the others.. These configs must be updated every now and then as development adds new features and auto upgrade is not always correct. 

    If we rely on users you will find hundreds with small differences as everyone sets things like speeds/accelerations to his liking or some have additional tools added. Not so easy as you see. But once we have them stored in database I guess we get opportunities to offer such things at least.
