STL files from Fusion 360 to Repetier are resizing

I'm designing my 3D parts in Fusion 360 from Autodesk

and somewhere in the export to STL and importing to Repetier the files are resizing which is making it impossible to get the prints I need.

I've exported and had many things printed from services, but this is the first time attempting to print myself.

I've noticed this also with other STL files I've downloaded, so I'm not sure it is just the Fusion issue.

This is using the Mac version with Slic3r

    The assumed unit in slic3r and repetier-host is mm, so if you designed in an other unit you need to scale the object to reflect mm.
