Heatbed Too Slow Heating

Hi Friends,

I use Arduino DUE, RADDS, Repetier Firmware, Repetier Host. Use 2 PSU. One of them 12 V 300 W, another 12 V 400 W. 400 W for heating. I don't have a problem with hotend but heatbed too slow heating. Reprap PCB Heatbed 200x300mm Screenshot here.

    You are heating with 100%, so that is the speed of your heated bed. At some points bigger PSU does not make a difference if the bed gets more power if it can not use it. You might isolate the bottom side to heat up faster. But use fire proof material!
