Delta doesn't work after printing test

Hello,

I'm facing a very strange issue. I assembled my delta printer with the repetier firmware and I calibrated everything using the manual displacements. I'm working with Simplify3D and everything was fine.
After that, I wanted to simulate a print without filament just to see if the printing displacements were fine also. And then occured the phenomenon : the process started like 5 secondes and even before the hotend started to heat, the motors starts to move by little "shakes". I had to do an emergency stop.
I tried a new print with repetier host but the same happened.
The worst is that when I try to move manually, it doesn't work anymore. Did anyone ever face the same issue ?

Thank you in advance for your help !

  • Please check eeprom values. Maybe one of them is just defect (, instead of . used or NaN when updating). If you start moving do the motors start blocking? Meaning stepper driver is still working. Just a thought as shaking might come from a problem with driver or connection.
