X-Y movements are half the distance of Z on on Delta 180

Everything on my delta 180 works, and I have had a couple of successful prints, except for the X-Y plane movements. Using repetier-host V0.95F, when I select a 10mm movement in the Z axis, it moves the proper 10mm. However, when I select a 10mm movement in the X or Y directions, the hot end only moves 5mm. The steps/mm are properly calibrated, set to 100 steps/mm for my motors. What am I missing?

    The xy distances depend on diagonal rod length and horizontal radius. So my guess is these values are wrong. Check if eeprom values match what you think or if they are wrong from an earlier upload.
