Solid Doodle Workbench

Hey all,
I recently got a Solid Doodle Workbench, 
When it came it had none of the included paperwork. I was wondering if anyone has the paperwork and instructions that come with the printer, and if they could send it to me as a digital coppy. I also was wondering if anyone could please send me a coppy of the configuration files for the Solid Doodle Workbench, I can not find them anywhere.
